As for the comments that certain readers send to me, they must not incite violence, defamation, pedophilia, hatred, racism... anything that the law prohibits, it being understood that I am also responsible for the writings that these readers, even under pseudonyms, publish on the site.
Some comments may therefore be moderated, a pleasant euphemism to avoid the word censorship which hardly suits me, any more than legal proceedings. I urge you to read Éric Barbry's article on this subject, especially if you yourself are the editor of a blog or site. You can also consult that of Maître Eolas who will reveal to you all the subtleties of the law in this area.
